A question, a problem, a suggestion? Write to us at hello@ifham.app. If you can, tell us your device (iPhone, Android, browser), the app version and the email address of your account.
1. Signing in
Ifham signs you in with your Apple or Google account. The account is what brings your personal dictionary, your reviews and your scans to all your devices.
If your words are missing on a new device, check that you signed in with the same Apple or Google account as before. With Apple's "Hide My Email", the address shown in your Profile is a relay address: this is expected.
2. Subscription
The Ifham Pro subscription is bought and paid for in the App Store or Google Play. To change or cancel it:
- iPhone and iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Ifham.
- Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Ifham.
New device, or reinstalled the app? Open Profile › Restore purchases. Refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play: we have no access to payments.
3. A wrong entry or text
Some dictionary entries are written with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. On an entry, tap "Report an error": the report reaches us with the word and its context, and we fix the entry.
4. Deleting your account
In the app: Profile › Delete my account. Your account and all your data (words, lessons, scans, books, progress) are permanently erased.
Without access to the app, write to hello@ifham.app from your account's address and ask for deletion: we do it within 30 days and confirm it to you.
Deleting the account does not cancel an ongoing subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play as well.
